1. Validity

Gift cards are valid only at participating businesses on Notre-Dame Street and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. No Refunds

Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a technical defect identified at the time of purchase.

3. Partial Use

In the event of partial use, the remaining balance can still be used at participating businesses.

4. Loss or Theft

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat them as cash.

5. Participating Businesses

The list of participating businesses may be modified at any time without notice.

6. Maximum Purchase per Person (Bonus Gift Cards)

During the promotion of bonus gift cards over the holiday season, the bonus amount offered is limited. Therefore, each person can purchase gift cards up to a maximum of $1,000. If this amount is exceeded, excess transactions will be canceled and refunded.
