The Société de Développement Commercial (SDC) rue Notre-Dame à Lachine is a non-profit organization focused on the economic development and promotion of this central artery in the Lachine borough. Our vision is to make Notre-Dame Street in Lachine a vibrant place where residents, visitors, and business owners come together in a welcoming, dynamic, and sustainable environment that proudly reflects our history and identity. The major events held on our street are another great example of what sets us apart and showcases all that we offer — together — to the community.

We’re kind of like neighborhood superheroes — just without the capes. We believe wholeheartedly in Notre-Dame Street, and our mission is to make it even more amazing! Their role? To set the big-picture direction — they debate, advise, challenge, and sometimes save the day with a brilliant idea out of nowhere. Always seeking the right balance between caution and innovation, they guide the leadership in executing the action plan.
